I have no words for how fantastic this was!  Open mouth and lots of WOW!  

In other news, there's a friend of mine from Scotland currently holidaying with her family here in NZ.  We are hoping to catch up on Friday before they fly out.  Randomly, they were eating at the same restaurant as us tonight.  NZ is SO small!
