5 Questions, Pete...

Meet Pete, I've been working with Pete for over 10 year now I think.  He is another one of those rare combinations of ludicrously talented at his job but doesn't take it so seriously that it defines who he is.  Pete almost left our place of work this month but decided to stay.  This would have been the first week we would have been without him so semi-technically, he's the newbie now inspite of his 30 odd years of experience.  So instead of having a leaving night tonight, he decided to have a staying night.  I personally am so glad he's staying as it would be a little duller without his presence.

If you open a box, what would you like to find inside?
A couple of round the world tickets would be nice.


What advice would you give your younger self?
Don’t be afraid to do what you want to do


What is your favourite patch on earth and why?
Greek Islands – the climate, the views (if staying away from the Kavos-type places) and especially the people – exudes a feeling of bonhomie and moves at a much nicer pace of life


What event or thing defines your generation?
Computer technology has completely transformed the way we all live beyond comprehension from the early seventies…


If relating back to my time as a youth there was a feeling of change through music, starting with glam rock & leading into punk which makes me wonder how we have ended up with such faceless politicians running the country now.  


What would you be doing on a sunny Sunday afternoon?
Something outside – (probably gardening), but would be much happier to be up a hill/on a beach/in a beer garden/at the zoo, etc
