Stargazing

A day in the office with emails, meetings, discussions.

Had a potential blip in mind for such a day but this evening looking at the stars featured. While the west of Scotland was covered in snow we had a crisp cold clear night. Even though we were in the city we thought there was a chance of seeing comet Lovejoy. I managed a shot of Orion's Belt - but as a photo, a close up of three white spots on a screen was not very interesting. So this shot of the Parliament and Dynamic Earth will have to do instead. No real luck In seeing the comet despite looking in the area of the Pleiades. Maybe another night.
