Our Saturday Brunch

Sometimes I get the onos for something and I just can't get it out of my mind. Well, until I prepare and eat it. This was our brunch today: Pan-toasted Hoagie Roll with a Grilled Smoked Sausage smothered with our Spicy Homemade Chorizo Chili. I used a 3 Blend Cheese and Grilled Walla Walla Sweet Onions for a diverse textured topping and dropped Creamed Tabasco Mayo dollops on top before sprinkling Dried Parsley Flakes.
