Swarm

Gavin, his Bro Gordon and I got up early for sunrise in the park, meeting Alan there.  We also bumped into MaxEllis and SueL7, they went off deer stalking.  The sunrise was very 'meh' but we turned around an there was a gorgeous sky and the birds on the ice.  Just before we decided to call it a day Alan let slip he had bread for the birds...

I am still in landscape mode at this point with filters, tripod etc.  He unleashed the bread and a wall of birds just headed our way! An awesome sight, even if a bit slow on the shutter speed....

Then it was breakfast, extra sausages all round.  Another fab Saturday.
