Inside out. Outside in.
A hectic but great day today.
We bought our kids a swing a couple of days ago. I thought that this meant a freestanding swing frame that you could have wherever you wanted, but oh no it resulted in the garden literally getting dug up so it could be embedded in the ground. That happened yesterday, the digging i mean, and the result was 2 incredibly happy little people this morning that spent the whole morning swinging in a state of near delirious joy!!
Following this I taught wee B to cycle without stabilisers. Something she has been dreading since the new bike arrived for her birthday in March. Nonetheless, after a few hissy fits and a fair bit of bossy mummy-ing off she went on her own, wobbly and wiggly but cycling independently. Hooray for wee B!!!
Following that it was kiddy birthday party time (not our kid) and following that we went to watch our niece in a theater piece. So busy it has been!
The area of town that the theater is in has an old chocolate factory which has fallen in to a state dereliction. Offering up some interesting shots. I should have got better but i was in a summer dress, bare legs and no jacket and by the time i got out of the theater it was freezing and raining. Excuses, excuses, excuses. Anyhoo, there was no longer a defined inside or outside of this building. It was all outside as the guts had been ripped out.
