Post swim exhaustion

I was going to blip from my new camera today, but I'm sitting here in the cafe at the leisure centre, where this boy has fallen asleep on my lap! He is exhausted after 60 minutes of frantic jumping into the pool, and I am exhausted from 60 minutes of nail biting, nerve wracking torture catching him!!! GravyC and ZQ have gone shopping....

My exercise today = running to the leisure centre (6.5 miles or so)
