healthy eating....
...so after I decided to try blipping without gaps I also decided to stop my uncontrolled eating (also a try)... this morning I had muesli with apple and banana and a freshly squeezed grapefruit and orange juice (second breakfast- first was just a cup of coffee with milk foam)... I need to mention it a lot as then I will get questions how I am doing and this will push me to keep on track.... I also started with running again ... dont ask how I felt and dont ask about distance and time ... nooo comment :((((
