Seville orange marmalade part 1

Although it takes some time to make, I have quite enjoyed it so far. The smell around the house is fabulous. I've had a busy day cooking today- I also made spiced roasted parsnip soup and some walnut and Stilton sausage rolls for dinner.

I also managed to drag the family out to Swindon to the theatre- only to realise that the tickets are for next Saturday.... I'm not too popular!
