Trip up to Bury with J9 to the meat market to visit our favourite butcher.

We left with some aged galloway braising steak, some plump saltmarsh fed lambs kidneys and a load of their blackstrap mollases dry cured rare breed bacon, sliced nice & thick for us straight off the flitch.

Thats tomorrow sorted.
