Every sunset is followed by a sunrise

Early start today to take part in Hell Runners Hell down south. A 12 mile multi terrain course with lots of ice cold water to wade/swim through depending on how short your legs are!
I've never been so cold or in quite so much pain. I've done something to my right knee. I wonder if I'll be able to walk in the morning?

The day was finished off with a lovely family meal out for my nephews 18th birthday.
