A bird with attitude!

Today we drove to the south of Fuerteventura to Oasis Park - well named as the scenery on the drive was fairly bleak until we reached this amazing Zoo and Botanical Gardens. It  contains 8000 cacti of more than 2300 species, many of them enormous and all beautifully displayed.
The Zoo is also impressive covering a large area with the animals and birds  kept in large enclosures often with several species together making for a much more natural appearance. I have never seen so many camels!
