Bacon toasts

Hi everyone!

Today in hospitality, we made what is called 'Smoked bacon toasts'. It was really good! We have our prelim next week, where we have to make a 3 course meal in 2 and a half hours. In actually kinda looking forward to it!

Tomorrow I'll only be working from 12-4, my first time since starting that I don't need to be in for 9!
