Durlston Orchid

Today brought blue skies and a lovely peaceful walk up at Durlston Country Park in Swanage. There aren't so many flowers out as usual but we still found an abundance of these beautiful purple orchids
Later as we were sitting thinking how quiet it was - we could only hear the skylarks and bees- thirteen fighter jets flew over. Amazing sight but too far away to show up in a photo. Do you think they could have been on their way to do a fly past at the Queens Jubilee Tattoo at Windsor today?
