Seasonal Produce

A lovely winters day and a walk over to the Packhorse Inn at Little Longstone.
It's a great country pub with muddy boots and dogs more than welcome and it also does great food and drink.
Here's one of the chefs with some well hung pheasants on his way back into the kitchen.
I had Popcorn Pheasant which is a take on Kentucky Fried Chicken Nuggets!, these are great fun to eat and tasted delicious.
Out the back there were another 30 pheasants hung up. 
It's great to see seasonal produce up this close.
