taking the sun

Went to the guest house that I stayed in last year to see how the building works progressed.  Found a team cooking in the garden for a wedding feast later in the day.  Saw the cows in their new shed - last year they were in the guest house basement tied to marble pillars!  Then around the corner sunning themselves and chatting were these two old ladies that I blipped last year.  The one in yellow was frantic for her glasses to be brought out as she thought she looked better in them. Quiet day, reading in the sun.  Am amazed at the cleanliness of the streets and the properly flowing gutters - local government has been busy sorting things out.
