Off out for lunch shortly, I offered to BRING dessert, no idea why I felt the need to make it..

Anyway, I decided to make a pavlova.. It recommends you don't use a plastic bowl, I also need to whip it well but not too much.. Eugh! Also slowly add the sugar... I don't have time for that.

Is it meant to have the texture of a really hard marshmallow/chewing gum??!
