Snowtime.

This morning, the snow shone like a million diamonds in the early morning sunlight.
It was crisp and crunchy underfoot. Only a few inches of snow, and the frost, made it easy for walking across the fields to our next village, and back.
A snowman stood guard over the village pond, where someone had kindly broken the ice at one end, and the ducks were enjoying splashing about.
As we got nearer home you could hear the drip, drip , drip as the snow on the branches was melting fast.
Now back with a nice warming cup off coffee, and the skies have turned to grey.
Looks like some more snow an the way!
