Induction day

Although I've been in my new job since the end of October, I had my induction day today. It was more interesting than I thought it might be with a lot of relevant information and some good speakers. The last part of the day was a guided tour around the campus. It was my only chance to take a photo during the day. This is the party of new staff crossing the bridge over the lake. We were told that it was too shallow for many student pranks. I remember it icing over many years ago and one of my housemates cycling across it. I'm sure students are much more sensible these days.
