Chasing geese. Wild ones

One of those days that is enjoyable despite numerous small mishaps. In the morning we went off in search of the last known address of an Instagram friend's ancestors. Didnt quite get there though we have established that the house itself has gone (now a field). This view is taken less than 1/2 a mile away.
Then lunch and an afternoon with daughter no 2 and the nippers. It's quiet now they've gone home.
