Tree and Fingerpost

Last Sunday involved walking in heavy rain and soggy underfoot conditions. Today was dry , cold and bright.There were blue and cloudless skies and lovely light for photographs. The setting sun on this tree and fingerpost at the edge of the quarry was my favourite for today. This is another part of the quarry area which will disappear if Gillies Hill can't be saved.
