Rhonda Rollercoaster '12

(Annoyed @ missing yesterday's blip!!!!)...... today me and C are walking the Rhonda Rollercoaster - an organised challenge walk of 26.5 miles - our 2nd year - and we smashed our time by an hour and a half !!! It was a lovely walk and fab weather graced us - so lucky. Camping overnight so a shower rather than a soak in the bath! - so it will have to be cider that soothes the aches and pains!
