A beautiful day for a walk

on the beach with Wendy and Holly (the dog). We were worried about the rain that didn't obey the MetOffice forecast. Rain was forecast at 11 but not at 12pm. It rained after 12! The day was great on the beach - Holly managed about 5 miles which is great for a dog of her age. She looked stunning in her red coat with diamonds on the back! We ate in the Crab and Lobster - a very good roast beef with rhubarb crumble to follow - we had to walk on the beach for another mile or two to walk off the food.

Safely home in Surrey now - days like today make me want to move to live by the sea.
