New Fountain

Mrs F and I had a lovely walk round Dumfries House Estate today.  Our aim was to see the new fountain at the front of the house.  It is quite an unusual structure and very cool.
 
Lots of families and children about with sledges having a great time.  And a few older kids taking a chance on the frozen ponds at the Arboretum.
 
I think we may have a VIP guest at the house today as there was a large police presence and a very posh flag flying above the house.
 
Still a fair amount of snow about and the temperatures were plummeting as the sun went down.  Guess it will be defrost mode for the car in the morning before heading to work.
