Balmedie Beach

Went to balmedie today with Neale, Claire and James to take some pictures.  It was so windy and cold that we didn't hang around for a very long time, but managed to get this one while I was there.  I feel like it's maybe lacking in an interesting background and my horizontal composition could have been a bit better, but I think it's not too bad.

I've just started a 30-day trial of Lightroom so am having some fun getting to grips with how it compares to Aperture and finding all the features that I'm familiar with.  I'm enjoying it so far though, so I'm thinking of making the switch.  Watch this space!
