Overcoming the intangibility problem

Build it and they will come - first traceyinney, then Kissjane, now Zalora have decided that the best way to overcome the 'old' intangibility problem of the internet is to open a store.  Part of the problem then becomes - what makes this so different to any of the other competently designed stores in Ion Orchard?
