Rugby Street church

The 2011 earthquake destroyed the lovely old brick chuch that occupied this site.The Rugby Street Methodist Church has some significance in my life. My great grandfather was the minister in the 1920's and my late parents were married there in 1948. I am sure that the new church will be lovely and modern. I just hope that some of the original character is incorporated into the new construction.
