Walkman Runman

Went for a 9 mile run this morning in the bright -but very cold- sunshine.
My ankles still hurt but no more than usual so hopefully the are getting stronger...hopefully.  I decided to have a bit of musical accompaniment today with my in-ear walkman, so much better than having ipod wires dangling around.

Originally I intended to go out for a blip in the winter sun, but then once I'd had lunch it started to rain and stayed really dull and uninspiring all afternoon.  Indoor blip of my ear then.
