Where was the "husband"?

I thought that today would be an indoor blip as my car was being serviced. But then this afternoon I spotted these pheasant hens pecking around the garden. "Hubby" pheasant was further down the garden but as I had to hide behind the curtains and be so still to get this shot I knew he was too far away to blip too.

So here are 12 pheasant hens, which is quite a common sight in our garden during the late afternoon.
