Winter colours

I have decided to try and take outdoor blips with my "real " camera this week! In other words, get a grip!! 
So Russet got a lovely extra long walk this afternoon, while I tried out a few things with my camera. I think I am/was getting very lazy with it!
I chose this one for its soft, very English winter colours. The field with the railway crossing is under water in one or two places.
This morning we had a meeting of the village history committee, which did not turn out quite as planned, but proved to be very useful! On with the work! It is unusual to have meetings in the morning, but it felt  business like, and it was great to have the sunny afternoon free!
