Chicken and Red Pepper Pie

I decided today to push the boat out and make myself a Chicken and Red pepper pie from one of my new cook books.
The last pie I made I realised that I no longer owned a pastry brush so went out at weekend and bought one - as the before and after pics show it was well worth it to get the glaze like this.
I have to confess though to not making my own puff pastry.
