A view to a kill

After addressing a few single malts last night ,I thought i'd take a stroll up the lanes where we live, to clear my head.  I rounded a corner, and what did i see perched on a road sign, a Kestrel. (  i think it's a Kestrel)  He obliged me with this shot ,and then flew away. It's not a very clear shot ,as i was shooting into the sunlight.
