Happy times.

My older daughter and her boyfriend  got engaged 27th of December. I'm very pleased, they are a great pair and I'm so happy for them.

It's been a difficult day, it's always very difficult for me to say goodbye to my son and his family. This time it was even more difficult because I also had to say goodbye to my younger daughter. She's going to stay in Denmark for 6 months, working as an au-pair at an Icelandic home in Silkeborg. I know she is very exited and happy to do this but I'm her mom so I worry about her being so far away..........but everyone is happy so I must be happy too right!
