Looking upwards

With the weather easing off a little, we took the opportunity for a wander around the grounds of Gawthorpe.

Disappointed to see that most of the snow had either melted or being cleared away, was hoping for a walk in the snow, love the sound it makes as you step on it.

Despite it being just a ten minute drive away Gawthorpe for some reason is one of those places we never seem to visit.
