Sunny shapes

A stunning day. Cold frosty start and magic sunshine. Who says its blue monday. Its amazing how sunshine lifts your spirts. Even popped home at lunch time and had a wander around the garden. Physio tonight. Shoulder is heeling but more exercises until have full mobility. Pilattes recommended to overcome my other aches and pains.
