Another Amaryllis

It felt like I spent all day in the kitchen and I almost did!! Not my idea of a fun Sunday, but it wasn't all bad.  I also did the EZ form of Ben's taxes and he's getting a refund.  We had a cold drizzle which turned all the roads to skating rinks, so not really going anywhere anyway.  There was barbecue chicken, chicken stir fry and pork tenderloin with all the fix in's.  Sorely lacking in the desert department, but we did have ice cream.
