Running hat

As it is so cold and I really do feel it, I have found a super hat large enough to keep my head warm- even if I look like a mushroom. Apparently it has no sex appeal!
Started the day off with a spinning class. Ouch! A random comment filtered into my very bad mood afterwards but it soon passed.
Mum n dad are both too poorly to come for lunch and don't want me getting their germs by going there.
Make a cottage pie and pottered around. The book I am reading is brilliant- can't put it down!
