Dutch Apple pie

Ready for the oven.

A long time ago I was collecting everything '50's and I found a little old cookbook from the fifties with oven recipes. In this book I found my recipe for Dutch apple pie (which is just called apple pie in the Netherlands).
It's very different from the American recipes for Dutch apple pie and I have made many friends by sharing my apple pies.

We had a Dutch internet friend over today. He had run the Houston marathon and visited us for dinner. So I made this apple pie.
