My MM blip shows the menu boards at Which Wich, a sandwich shop that recently opened in a shopping area not too far from our house.  They are based in Dallas, Texas, but have locations in various places.  There are three menu boards, therefore there is a MIDDLE one.  The sandwiches are delicious.  When you go in, you view these boards, decide which sandwich (wich) you want and check your choices on a printed brown bag with the details of your order, and write your name on the bag.  You turn in your bag, pay your bill, and your sandwich is brought to you in your bag.  I had the thank you turkey which is a turkey sandwich that for me included turkey, cranberry, dressing (like turkey dressing not salad dressing), onion, spinach leaves, and light mayo on a whole wheat roll.  So, so good.
