How far down?

Took the dogs for a walk on the beach at low tide this afternoon. This is Poppy seeing how far she can dig. Gypsy had her own hole, but didn't get as far - or messy - as Poppy did.
We might live in a beautiful, peaceful place. But it does have its drawbacks when you need to go to the doctors in a hurry. I had to go out yesterday, to get some antibiotics. Only way to go, was drive from here, as PJ was busy all day. First had to see the Doctor - that was 2 hours to get there, then another half hour to go into town to get the pills. Then turn around and drive back home.
I did have a wander around town for about 1/2 hour, to wake me up a bit. I found some nice wool for crocheting my great neice another jacket, and then actually found a couple of crochet patterns, as well. Crochet patterns are becoming very hard to find. Maybe the bigger centres would have more.
