Shady spot by the river

After working till 3pm today and coming home soaking wet, because the kids felt I needed to get just as wet as they were by the water trough, I did a load of washing so the wet clothes from today and my wet togs from yesterday didn't get all smelly. I decided that an ice cream would go down nicely, and went for a walk and sat in the shade along the river to enjoy it. Was so nice to be in a cool spot and feel a cool breeze on me, a lot nicer then the heat from the sun as is another scorching hot day. Summer surely is here
