Evening stroll

Took the dog on her first off lead walk at the local beach. She was brilliant. She didn't stray too far and was great with the other dogs. Yay!
Emotional conversation with my dad last night. It's good to be back in contact but I feel totally helpless. He needs money and is too proud to take it.
I hope to visit him later in the year.
