Through the tunnel

The frost was hard first thing but the light excellent so I pottered carefully down a couple of the icy lanes on the way to work.  In the afternoon I took rent-a-dog for a long walk which did both of us good.  I really must get back to the badminton soon as I am feeling short of exercise.  Back home to the ultrasonic cleaning machine and now time for a cup of tea!
