Sniped

Not so keen on last night's movie then, I summed it up as having "a real lack of light and shade", my companion summed it up more succintly with "piss-poor". That jaybroek, he's right good with words he is.

A very disciplined swim after work today, nostatic might be interested to know that the sum was 20+20+20+20+20 and it wasn't quick but it was solid and consistent all round with all of them 20s being around 11 minutes with little flagging. Time to push it a bit next time I reckon.
