Goldcrest

Hooray, I haven't seen a goldcrest in the elder tree for ages.  I was trying to catch the flighty long tailed tits who had arrived in a heap but they were too nervy and took off when I opened the window for a clearer view.  Then, out of the corner of my eye, I caught this movement in the branches and there he was.  It's not the sharpest of blips as he is an insect eater and does not stay still, but what a star he is!
