Sweet peppers

Sweet peppers for tea tonight, fried with caramelised onions, garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, sugar, fresh coriander and chilli, then served in tortilla wraps with grated cheese, rocket and sour cream. Just the sort of fresh, vibrant tastes that go down so well when it's snowing outside!
