Promise of a new day.....

Had my first night sleep in weeks and oh what a difference that makes. The builder arrived ( at last!) and we spent a long time going through my list of much needed maintenance.
It was the most glorious day,a warm 32 degrees. Do you think I can take off these Ted Stockings now?
