Very cold today, so cold that the birds water dishes that I cleared and topped up had frozen over again by lunchtime, but beautiful and crisp so no muddy pups!
Two good dog walks with the little beagle bum doing lots of off path exploring, you can tell that at last I'm confident that she will come back as I actually took some pictures of her exploring at the bottom of this slope and I wasn't concentrating on getting her back. She played a great game of dropping the ball down this slope and then running down to find it, each time she brought it back she would almost bring it to me but drop it and it rolled down again - lost count of the number of times she was up and down before I managed to get her to bring it to the path, I think this just shows her strength is sniffing things out not actually retrieving them!
