Sushi in the Desert

This is our sushi chef. He's Chinese. He's been traveling and working in the US for a year and a half and is a student in Tucson. He actually learned how to make sushi in Kingman Arizona, a small town. There is only one sushi restaurant there. He speaks english rather well already although my partner was better able to understand him. She has experience teaching english to foreign students. We discovered this great inexpensive sushi restaurant and had a nice time getting to know him.
