20 January 2015 - Pots Ahoy!

What can I write here today that will be of interest that is new and interesting?!!! Another day full of work and the occasional laugh here and there.  I know I have said it before but I am very thankful for the lovely people I work with, they do make everyday fun and today was no different. 

Managed to get out for a walk along the seafront at lunchtime, it was lovely and relaxing.  Went down to the harbour for the purpose of shooting the lobster pots and this was the picture that appeared at the end, reasonably happy with it but I always think I could have done better!

Went to Bodyfit this evening, I finally feel like I am back on track after the Christmas and New Years excesses and I am feeling strong again.  Hope I am still feeling this smug tomorrow morning at my 7.30am spinning class!!!
